Restaurants are a tough enough business as it is. Late hours, temperamental customers, volatile product, and staffing issues. Competition is never-ending. And the regulations? It’s easy to waste valuable energy. Know what you can control and then concentrate on that.
There are numerous uncontrollable factors. They can knock you down, but don’t let them knock you out. Although they can eat at you, it is more beneficial to accept the circumstances and adapt. Better decisions can then be made. Easily said but work at it nonetheless. The reward will be your overall well-being.
